We are excited to announce that this summer, Hillcrest Jewish Center Day Camp will be launching a brand new CIT program!
As part of this program, CITs will split time between leadership training and regular camp activities (including two trips per week - the Friday trip with the Tweens, and one Upper Camp trip), and will also take part in special CIT activities. Each month, there will also be a special late-night trip just for CITs!
By redesigning our program, we hope to make the CIT experience both more meaningful and more enjoyable for its participants. CITs will finish the summer having learned important skills in topics like camper supervision, working and communicating with colleagues, leadership, job searching, and more!
